I-DEST currently

  • The only DMO software that can provide complex sustainability information to guests, tourism providers, DMOs and/or local governments
  • The only DMO software whose monitoring system not only measures marketing activity and classical arrival data (guest and guest nights, sending areas), but also provides continuous and complex information on the sustainability level of the DMO, the level of sustainability and accessibility of tourism service providers, and about guests' needs and feedback, includes all services that are only partially.
  • Available in other systems (e.g. installable institutional audioguide and settlement map, route management, different types of games and treasure hunting programs, virtual walks and 360-degree images, AR content, etc.)

I-DEST offers several solutions for destinations

- at the end of  September 2023 the pilot version of the i-dest.com portal will be launched, which will contain destination data as a collection point and help guests and tourism providers

- destinations can also decide that they want a complex I-DEST independent of the central I-DEST system, where their data is not entered into the central system

- as a combination of the two above, destinations can also decide to have their data displayed on i-dest.com and on independent interfaces

Tourism service providers can also register independently on the I-DEST interfaces. The system also offers an internal audio guide and discovery game programs for the attractions, and we are also planning our own paid sightseeing programs and treasure hunting games available from the system.
