One of the most beautiful spas in Békés County is the Gyomaendrőd Liget Spa and Camping, a true paradise for both beach lovers and those seeking healing. Nestled among the shady trees of Erzsébet Park, this 2.4-hectare spa has a history dating back to 1959, when construction began. The complex features a new, impressive indoor spa building where guests can choose from three pools. The 25-metre-long, 11-metre-wide swimming pool (training pool) has a variable depth ranging from 90 to 150 centimetres. With water temperatures of 27-29 degrees Celsius, this pool is also used for school swimming lessons. The next pool is an oval-shaped relaxation pool, offering guests five experience elements: wall massage jets, neck showers, foot massages, geysers, and a jacuzzi. The water here, at 35-36 degrees Celsius, already contains some thermal water. The third pool is perfect fun for the little ones, featuring a paddling pool enhanced with play elements. In addition to the pools, the indoor section of the spa also includes a sauna, an infrared sauna, and a buffet for the comfort of guests. Beyond the joys of swimming and sunbathing, there are numerous sports and leisure activities available: a volleyball court, a playground, a children's slide, and wellness services. Our outdoor pools cater to the needs of all age groups. The indoor section of the spa, besides the pools, also includes a sauna, an infrared sauna, and a buffet for the comfort of guests. The old building of the Liget Spa has been renewed in both size and services. Today, it offers the most modern equipment and medical devices for patients. The spa's medical services are completed by two thermal pools with healing water, at temperatures of 36 and 40 degrees Celsius.
