This questionnaire is part of the I-DEST system, which supports self-assessment by tourism service providers – in line with the principles of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).

• Disability-, vision- and hearing-impaired-friendly approach
• Autism-, senior-, family-, cyclist- and pet-friendly services

After completing the questionnaire, you will receive an instant assessment in each category, with percentage results, which will give you an idea of ​​your strengths and areas for improvement. The goal is not to be rated – but to make progress.
