Neapolitan Pizza Workshop
Mastering the art of pizza making
At this unique workshop hosted by Tamás Molnár and Farkas Péli, participants will gain insight into the secrets of making authentic Neapolitan pizza. This time, they’ll be working with long-fermented yeast dough, just like the pizzas made in Naples.
Guest Farkas Péli, a pizza master from Borsod, showcased his skills in Italy: on 20 January 2026, he achieved 3rd place in the 4 mani category in Rimini and was awarded the special prize for participants under 30.
During the workshop, participants will learn how to prepare the perfect dough, the secrets of Neapolitan tomato sauce, and how to achieve a light and crispy pizza straight from the oven. Everyone will be able to take their prepared pizza dough home to impress family and friends.
