Forest Gastro Express Experience Tour

Discover the hidden, edible treasures of the Bükk Forest on a unique gastro tour! The programme starts at Szeleta Park in Miskolc, from where a special Gastro Express takes participants into the heart of nature. During the tour, with expert guidance and in an 'outdoor stand-up' format, you'll learn the secrets of foraging and using wild plants, fruits, and mushrooms. The experience is completed with continuous tastings: bites made from the treasures of the forest and products bearing the Bükk National Park Trademark await you. The guided tour is led by, among others, award-winning forestry engineer and wild edible plant expert Gyula Bózsó, ensuring a rich and flavourful culinary journey.
