Forest Gastro Express Experience Tour

Discover the hidden, edible treasures of the Bükk forest on a unique woodland gastro tour! The programme starts at Szeleta Park in Miskolc, from where a special Gastro Express takes participants to the heart of nature. During the tour, you'll learn the secrets of collecting and using wild plants, fruits, and mushrooms with expert guidance in a 'forest stand-up' format. The experience is completed with continuous tastings: bites made from the treasures of the forest and products bearing the Bükk National Park Trademark await you. The expert guidance is provided by, among others, Gyula Bózsó, an award-winning forest engineer and wild edible plant specialist, ensuring a rich and flavourful culinary journey.
