On Saturday, 22 August, Aurora will perform in the garden of the Vasgyári Community Centre, with Miskolc-based Tisztakosz as the guest band.
Aurora is one of the defining bands of Hungarian punk rock, formed in 1983. During the pre-regime change era, they were among the banned punk bands, often performing abroad, mainly in Austria. Their first single was released in West Germany, and their first album, 'Viszlát Iván!' from 1989, became particularly significant during the political changes of that time.
The evening's guest is Tisztakosz from Miskolc, known for their unique sound and meaningful lyrics. The band made it to the top ten out of 860 participants in the 2024–2025 'Öröm a Zene' talent competition.
Tickets are available at the ticket office of the Miskolc Cultural Centre (Rákóczi u. 5.), the Youth House (Győri kapu 27/A), the Ady Endre Cultural Centre (Árpád u. 4.), on-site before the concert, as well as through the InterTicket national ticket office network and jegy.hu.
