Discover the hidden, edible treasures of the Bükk forest on a unique woodland gastro tour! The programme starts at Szeleta Park in Miskolc, from where a special gastro train will take participants to the heart of nature. During the tour, you’ll learn the secrets of collecting and using wild plants, forest fruits, and mushrooms through professional guidance and an engaging "forest stand-up" experience. The adventure is complemented by continuous tastings: bites made from the treasures of the forest and products certified by the Bükk National Park await you. The professional guidance is provided by, among others, Gyula Bózsó, an award-winning forestry engineer and wild plant expert, ensuring a rich and flavourful gastro journey.
