Flavours of Italy

A special Italian evening awaits participants at Rozmaring Studio. During the cooking workshop, Chef Tamás Molnár will guide you through preparing classic dishes of Italian cuisine.

The menu brings to life the most beloved flavours of Italian gastronomy: a selection of antipasti on fresh, homemade focaccia, roasted salmon fillet with asparagus risotto, and a light strawberry and curd mousse as dessert.

Participants will prepare the dishes step by step together, gaining insight into the simple yet sophisticated world of Italian cuisine.
