The Grinch Who Stole Christmas - A Play for Children

The Grinch lives alone in a cave on Mount Crumpit, with his only companion being his loyal dog, Max. His cave is made cosy with his own inventions, so he rarely has to venture down to Whoville – except when he runs out of food. However, every year, something disturbs his peace: the Whos' ever-growing, noisier, and flashier Christmas preparations.

When it is announced that this year's Christmas will be three times bigger than ever before, the Grinch decides he's had enough. There's only one way to preserve his peace: by stealing Christmas. Disguising himself as Santa Claus, he even "recruits" a reindeer to pull his sleigh.

Meanwhile, in Whoville, little Cindy-Lou Who, who loves Christmas, comes up with a sweet plan: she wants to catch Santa Claus to thank him for everything he does for her tired mother. As the holiday approaches, the little girl's pure intentions may lead to a fateful encounter with the Grinch's scheming.
