Miskolc May Day

This year, on Friday, 1 May, Majális Park will host a full day of festive programmes for visitors. The event kicks off in the morning with a spectacular parade featuring majorettes, stilt-walking comedians, and a brass band, followed by various dance and musical performances.

In the afternoon, there will be a variety of stage shows, including folk dance, breakdance, aerial acrobatics, and concerts by well-known performers (e.g., Rezső Soltész, Linda Király, Zoltán Bereczki). The day concludes with a DJ music programme.

The programme is complemented by all-day family-friendly and interactive activities such as archery, gardening workshops, a mushroom exhibition, funfair attractions, as well as a craft market and culinary offerings.

During the event, a free mini train will operate between 9:00 and 18:00 from the Majális Park terminus to help visitors reach the event area.
