Every course of the evening celebrates the versatility of pork knuckle: create your own menu from a selection of appetisers, hearty soups, generous pork knuckle platters, and classic desserts. Crispy-skinned beer-infused or honey-spiced variations are paired with delicious sides and carefully selected pickles, with the experience crowned by Somlói galuska or apple pie.
