Edible Forest Szeleta Carriage Gastro Express

Discover the hidden, edible treasures of the Bükk Forest on a unique woodland gastro tour! The programme starts from Szeleta Park in Miskolc, where a one-of-a-kind Gastro Express takes participants into the heart of nature. During the tour, you'll learn the secrets of gathering and using wild plants, wild fruits, and mushrooms through expert guidance and an 'outdoor stand-up' format. The experience is completed with continuous tastings: bites made from the treasures of the forest and products with the Bükk National Park trademark await you. The expert guidance is provided by, among others, Gyula Bózsó, an award-winning forest engineer and wild edible plant specialist, ensuring a rich and flavourful culinary journey.
