Eszter Bíró and Dániel Varró's Spectacular Literary Concert

For over 10 years, Eszter Bíró has been creating music for families. She has released 4 books and albums – Animal Musical Alphabet Vol. 1 and 2, Time Eraser, and North Is Ahead of Me! – and is also very popular among children thanks to her TV series, The Adventures of Time Elf, which airs daily on the JimJam TV channel. Her books and albums are used as supplementary teaching materials in many primary schools. Similarly, Dániel Varró's books are widely loved; as he puts it, he is a father of three who writes and reads for his children – and for other children too... His books, like Who Has a Button Nose? or Beyond the Smudge Hill, are often read to tatters on family bookshelves. The poet's newest and well-known poems, which entertain all age groups, are presented in musical or playful forms within Eszter Bíró's musical tapestry. While listening to Eszter's most popular songs – such as Sun Countdown or the poet's Kirándulgató (Little Wanderer) – Dániel shares the secrets of writing poetry, and the performers engage children with movement, rhymes, and singing during the concert.
Eszter Bíró and Dániel Varró were born in the same year, and their professional collaboration is not new; several of the poet's works have appeared on the singer and actress's previous albums. Their joint creation now continues in the form of a literary concert filled with humour and music. This interactive concert is a unique musical performance featuring poems and lots of games!

Registration tickets are available in limited numbers from 24–28 August 2026, between 3 pm and 7 pm, at the reception of the House of Arts.
