French Adventure - Authentic French Cuisine Workshop

This culinary experience is perfect for fans of French cuisine, offering the chance to master three iconic dishes in one evening. The programme not only provides recipes but also teaches techniques that can be confidently applied at home.

The menu begins with a rich duck pâté served with freshly baked brioche, followed by the classic red wine beef stew, Boeuf Bourguignon. The evening concludes with an elegant Paris-Brest dessert, featuring choux pastry filled with hazelnut cream.
