Steak Experience Cooking – Learn the secrets to the perfect steak!

Steak is a popular dish worldwide, yet many find it challenging to prepare: which cut to choose, how to prep it, and when it will be truly juicy and tender?

At Rozmaring Studio, under the guidance of Chef István Hegedűs, you can master the steps to creating the perfect steak through a hands-on cooking experience. During the programme, participants will not only learn techniques but also prepare and taste a complete menu.

The evening's offerings include ribeye and sirloin steak, served with roasted vegetable sides, fresh salad, and three types of sauces. The dinner concludes with a double chocolate brownie topped with sour cherry sauce and vanilla ice cream.
