Travel to Asia with Us! – Thai Workshop

A new workshop is starting, bringing the flavours of Asia to your kitchen. During the Thai evening, the aromas of lemongrass, galangal, and chilli take centre stage, while participants learn the principles of Thai cuisine and the harmonious balance of flavours.

Under the guidance of Tamás Molnár, the focus will not only be on preparing the dishes but also on authentic techniques and seasoning methods.

The menu includes the spicy and tangy Tom Yum Goong prawn soup, for which the Nam Prik Pao sauce will be freshly prepared together; the traditionally marinated and grilled Satay chicken; and for dessert, the crispy yet soft Thai Roti with a sweet banana filling.

The workshop offers a true culinary journey to Thailand.
