Acetánia
Acetánia was envisioned by the members of the Wine and Fruit Vinegar Producers' Association. They aim to challenge the stereotypes surrounding vinegar and showcase the depth of flavour hidden in this tangy liquid.
More information
We acknowledge that vinegar might not immediately evoke thoughts of premium culinary value for everyone. More often, it brings to mind our grandmothers' cleaning techniques or the flavour of bean soup, as this dish is often enhanced with it. Acetánia was envisioned by the members of the Wine and Fruit Vinegar Producers' Association, who aim to challenge the stereotypes surrounding vinegar and showcase the depth of flavour hidden in this tangy liquid. At the museum, visitors can explore the centuries-old traditions of vinegar production and the raw materials from which it is made, and food enthusiasts can even taste this unique and richly flavoured ingredient.
