TD Sveti Jurij ob Ščavnici
The Tourist Association was founded in December 1964 and celebrated its 60th anniversary in 2024. On Stara Gora, the association has its tourist office "Štiblc," from where it promotes the area's tourism. As tourism in recent years has focused on visits to Stara Gora (ethnological museum, windmill, church), the association strives to expand its activities to the entire municipality.

The windmill is a monument to the simple rural cultural heritage in our part of Slovenia. In 1957, it was still grinding grain at Kokolanjščak near Bečevi. It was the first old windmill to be recorded as the last in the history of our heritage. In 1996, after 39 years of rest, this windmill found its place on Stara Gora. Today, the windmill grinds again, albeit only for tourist purposes. The milling mechanism with its millstones is powered by a wind turbine attached to the movable driving part of the mill, as it always needs to face the direction of the wind.
