As part of the project with identification number TOP_Plusz-3.1.1-21-BK1-2022-00001, we are conducting research to analyse the current situation for the 2026–2040 marketing and tourism strategy of Bács-Kiskun County. To support this, we kindly ask for your assistance by completing the attached survey. Filling in the survey will take approximately 10–15 minutes. Responses will only be processed and used in an aggregated form, and individual answers will not be displayed anywhere. Thank you for your cooperation!

As part of the project, every tourism business and attraction in Bács-Kiskun County can appear for free on the I-DEST platform and use the internal dashboards if they complete the self-assessment survey and register their data in the system. The internal benchmarking data of I-DEST, which supports sustainable tourism, helps enhance your business's competitiveness. The self-audit tool can also be used without registration: in this case, you can download your results in PDF format at the end of the survey, and the system will not store the data provided.

Join Bács-Kiskun County's Guest Satisfaction Research!

Bács-Kiskun County is launching a comprehensive guest satisfaction survey to gain a clearer picture of the strengths, development directions, and needs of the region's services. Businesses participating in the research will receive a unique QR code that they can display at their service points.

The task is simple: please encourage your guests to scan the QR code and complete the short survey.
Responses are collected anonymously, and the code allows the system to link the responses to the appropriate service provider.
