Discover the hidden, edible treasures of the Bükk forest on a unique woodland gastro tour! The programme starts from Szeleta Park in Miskolc, where a special gastro train will transport participants to the heart of nature. During the tour, you’ll learn the secrets of collecting and using wild plants, fruits, and mushrooms through expert guidance and a 'forest stand-up' experience. The adventure is complemented by continuous tastings: bites made from the treasures of the forest and products bearing the Bükk National Park Trademark await you. The expert guidance is provided by, among others, Gyula Bózsó, an award-winning forest engineer and wild plant specialist, ensuring a rich and flavourful culinary journey.
