Kamuti HAGYE

Our tradition-preserving association, based in the village of Kamut, is called the Kamut Tradition-Preserving and Tourism Association. Its primary goal is to preserve and widely showcase the rural folk traditions, folk art relics, and regional gastronomy found in Békés County, particularly in Kamut. It also seeks to promote and introduce the tourism opportunities of the Great Hungarian Plain.

Our association's primary goal is to preserve and nurture the folk traditions, certain folk art relics, and regional gastronomy that have developed in small rural settlements of the Great Hungarian Plain but have since been forgotten. We aim to identify local and regional tourist destinations and ensure direct accessibility for interested individuals, both domestically and internationally.
