Pomurje Museum
The Pomurje Museum Murska Sobota is the central regional museum of Pomurje, located in a Renaissance castle from the 16th century in the heart of Murska Sobota. A highlight of the museum is the permanent exhibition People Along the Mura, which takes visitors on a journey from prehistory to modern times through archaeological finds, medieval art, the life of the nobility, the development of towns and countryside, and the era of both world wars. The museum shop offers souvenirs and publications.
