Tigeli Jožef Beekeeping
At Tigeli Beekeeping, you are invited to guided tours of the beekeeping operation and the beekeeping museum, which dates back to the late 19th century and features the only preserved octagonal apiary in its natural setting. Inside, you’ll find beekeeping tools that were once used in the craft. As you stroll between the museum and the apiaries, you’ll come across herb gardens and nectar-rich plants. The tour concludes with a tasting of our honey delicacies: homemade honey biscuits, various types of honey liqueurs, and honey, with the option to purchase them.
