The family manufactory has been making its own jams, confitures, syrups, and other specialities since 2012, using locally grown fruits, following family recipes, without any artificial preservatives. Their products, which are guaranteed to be 100% homemade quality, are preserving the natural tastes, colours, flavours, and vitamins of the fruits. They wash, peel, cut, sieve the crops with hand, and do the botteling and labeling on their own as well. Their motto: 'We do not give to others what we would not wish to eat!". They received trademark from the Aggtelek National Park. Collaborating with famous cheese makers, their confitures and jams are good accompaniments not only for desserts but also for cheeses. Their syrups are perfect summer refreshments, but they can also be used as ingredients for wine coctails or fruit teas. You can try and purchase the products of Csicsörke Manufactory at local hotels, delicacies, bistros, restaurants, and cafes. Their confitures, syrups, and jams are sold in the manufactory itself as well, accompanied by delicious cakes and desserts during the weekends. They are also doing tastings by request, and they are offering cooking workshops too, above an adequate number of participants - these services require booking.
