Forest Gastro Express Experience Tour

Discover the hidden, edible treasures of the Bükk Forest on a unique woodland gastro tour! The programme starts at Szeleta Park in Miskolc, from where a special Gastro Express takes participants into the heart of nature. During the tour, you'll learn the secrets of foraging and using wild plants, fruits, and mushrooms with expert guidance delivered in an 'outdoor stand-up' format. The experience is completed with continuous tastings: bites made from the treasures of the forest and certified products of the Bükk National Park await you. The expert guidance is provided by, among others, Gyula Bózsó, an award-winning forest engineer and wild plant specialist, ensuring a rich and flavourful culinary journey.
