As a producer or small-scale farmer, you know that creating quality products is only half the job. The other – often more challenging – part is finding paying customers and catching the attention of local hospitality businesses.

Through the Twinning programme, you’ll receive personalised, practical support from experts – no theoretical fluff, just concrete solutions tailored to your business!

What will you gain from the programme?

• 🍳 Recipe ideas that sell your product: We’ll help you create tried-and-tested recipes using your ingredients, which you can share with your customers (at the market, on leaflets, or on Facebook) to instantly inspire them to buy.

• 🍽️ Getting into restaurant kitchens: We’ll show you practical ways to approach local restaurants and explain their packaging and delivery expectations.

• 📈 Pricing and branding: We’ll help you streamline your calculations and presentation so your product gets the value it deserves.

• 🍷 Culinary event ideas: Learn how to turn your product into an experience (tastings, open farms, local culinary collaborations).

• 🤝 Producer community and networking: Meet other producers in the county and explore opportunities for joint packages or collaborations.

How does it work in practice?

Participation begins with a personal needs assessment, where we’ll review your current situation and identify areas for improvement. This is followed by a 3-session workshop series and personalised mentoring:

• Day 1 – Introductions and goals: We’ll get to know each other and explore the potential in your products.

• Day 2 – Practical workshop: Marketing, pricing, branding, packaging, and market research explained with digestible, real-life examples.

• Day 3 – Results and vision: Presentation of the recipes, developments, and new sales strategies you’ve created.

Who can apply?

Producers, primary producers, and small-scale farmers from Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County. (Participation is subject to the written approval of the Jász-Nagykun-Szolnok County Municipality.)
